The Role:

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web presence by leading and inspiring our talented team of frontend developers. You will be a technical visionary, guiding the team in crafting innovative and performant web applications and progressive web apps (PWAs) that delight our users. By fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, you will empower your team members to excel and contribute to the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the frontend team, setting clear goals and priorities.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate product vision into actionable development plans.

• Champion high-quality code and best practices, ensuring applications are performant, scalable, and maintainable.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional development, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, backend) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

• Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and best practices.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles (e.g., responsive design, accessibility).

• Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences through interactive frontend development.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
